Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

We thank you and appreciate your service  purchase with us on our website. Please read the refund policy carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any  service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service  purchased by you from Trueadvisor.in , however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service  you purchased from us or you are not willing to take service from us , then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject to the following situations:

  1. The Refund shall be  considered at any stage of the service but before the completion of the service.
  2. In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, even then the  refund shall  be considered. No refund will be considered after the completion of the service.
  3. If a customer withdraws his application due to external factors (rejection from Registrar of company, GST office or any other), after the  completion of the service ,the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. If an application is pending with the concerned Govt. department for an long period of time, a refund will not be processed till the pendency.
  5. If the request for a refund has been raised  after the purchase of a service  and delivery/completion of the service  has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, in such cases a refund will not be considered.
  6. The Refund shall be  considered at any stage of the service but before the completion of the service. However, in case any amount has been paid on behalf of the client to the government department then the  refund amount will be subject to deduction of this amount paid on behalf of the client.

If the request for the refund has been approved by , the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process will be processed normally within 24 working hours. However, there could be delay in processing in exceptional circumstances. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money  is returned to you at the earliest.
